Important Details

Terms and Conditions

What do I get?
  • A fully built Shopify storefront, configured to UPPF brand standards, with all custom layouts, sections, and navigation already in place.
  • The full UPPF brand visual identity- premium design, motion elements, brand fonts, and colour systems applied throughout.
  • All cinematic brand and product video assets embedded and ready to go: hero reels, product demos, and brand films.
  • Professionally curated product and lifestyle photography across all product lines: Hammerhead, Cobia, Manta, and supporting brand imagery.
  • Complete brand and product copy already written: the global narrative, technical product descriptions, Platicoat™ and Lubrizol stories, dealer-facing content, and news/blog templates
  • SEO architecture built in from Day 1: optimised URL structures, meta content, schema markup, and Shopify-specific on-page SEO.
  • Multi-language readiness - translate and localise into your market language using Shopify's native tools
  • One full year of Shopify subscription, prepaid
  • A dedicated country domain (www.uppf-[country].com)
Ongoing costs?

The only ongoing cost is Shopify's annual subscription: US$1000 (this is subject to change, and outside our control). For the first year, this is already paid for. You start paying after year 1.

The package is for the website and domain only.

You have to set up, and if necessary, pay for your own email service, translation service, chat functions, social media accounts, and any other applications you may wish to add to the website (dealer locator, map etc.).

Is it worth it?

The reality of building a site like UPPF's from scratch:

Independent market research puts the cost of commissioning a custom Shopify website of UPPF's calibre- branded design, cinematic video, curated AI assisted photography, expert copywriting, and SEO architecture at:

US$30,000 to US$90,000 in the United States
SGD 22,000 to SGD 60,000 in Singapore
€15,000 to €40,000 in Hungary

And that's before you've sold a single roll.
The Digital Launch Package gives you the same asset- a replica of www.uppf-global.com for a fraction of the prce.

With our Digital Launch Package:

  • You own the store, and you can add apps, chat widgets, connect your CRM system, translate all content, add various payment options.
  • We chose the Shopify platform because it automatically handles all critical backend maintenance. It is easy to create a website, but a hassle to maintain a secure, continually updated back-end infrastructure.
  • You can, after the 1 year mark, chose another platform altogether.
Why a replica? Not a custom build?
  • Unified global brand experience. Customers and dealers see the same UPPF wherever they look. That consistency is what makes a premium brand a premium brand.
  • Zero ramp time. Skip the 3-to-6 month agency process. Go live in days, not quarters.
  • Centralised content quality. When UPPF Global launches a new product, refreshes brand campaigns, or releases new technical content, your site is ready to inherit it - no agency briefs, no scope creep, no rework.
  • No agency risk. No half-built site. No vendor disputes. No surprise invoices. No "we'll get to it next sprint."
  • Built by people who know PPF. UPPF Global's site was built with deep domain knowledge of paint protection film, dealer networks, and the technical content that converts. You inherit all of it.
What do I need to do after I get the Digital Launch Package?
  1. Localize pricing, contact details, and language for your market before your go LIVE.
  2. Appoint a Store Admin.
  3. Add your company or Store Admin credit card to Shopify.
  4. Pay the Shopify subscription from Year 2 onwards (as of May 2026, the annual subscription is US$1000 per yar, but this is subject to change.)
